Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

The engineer arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Also fixed cable to wall where it had become loose. Excellent attitude. Would recommend.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly

The gentleman arrived and l showed him what l wanted and he gave me his professional advise which was better than mine,and he worked non stop until the job was done to a high spec spot on

The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.

The engineer is great - he came when the problem happened a couple of years ago Booking it in was a bit difficult
